Bespoke School Trips

At Interschool Travelm we specialise in creating bespoke school trips. We'll build the itinerary you need, visiting all the attractions and places of interest you need to support your subject and create an immersive experience for your students. We build trips to all destinations in the UK, Europe and beyond and not only will we make all the arrangements, we'll also ensure one of our experienced team accompanies you to make sure everything goes to plan.

If you browse our school trips, you'll see that we offer tours to cover every subject and destination. The school tours shown on our site are examples to give you an idea of the kind of thing we can create, but ultimately, all the trips we offer are built based on your requirements. This gives you the flexibility to increase or decrease the duration, change the date of travel, change the day of travel, add or remove excursions and amend any other aspect of the trip. We'll work with you by making helpful suggestions and will ensure we achieve maximum value for your students.

Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify, you must be a teacher (the referrer) who recommends Interschool Travel to one of your friends or colleagues (the referee) at the same or a different school, who proceeds to make a confirmed booking with a minimum of 30 full-paying passengers.
2. The referee must mention the referrer at the time of making their initial enquiry and the referrer must be named on your quotation.
3. Both the referrer and the referee will each receive a £250 Amazon Gift Voucher.
4. Vouchers will only be issued if all criteria are met in full, without exception or relaxation of the rules.
5. Vouchers are issued once the final balance of the trip has been settled. At this time, the details of the trip will be checked to confirm the criteria for the referral have been met.
6. The referral is for future trips only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing enquiries and bookings.
7. The vouchers will be issued to the referrer and the referee only.
8. A teacher cannot act as referrer and referee i.e. you cannot refer yourself.
9. The referral is only valid for a single booking and cannot be used against multiple bookings. For example, if a referee organises multiple bookings on different dates and/or to multiple destinations, the referral is valid for the first confirmed booking only.
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
11. There are no substitutes, equivalents or alternative offers to the voucher.
12. Any requests which we deem are not in the spirit of the offer will be disqualified.
13. If there are any disputes or disagreements in connection with this offer, we reserve the right to investigate and decide the outcome. Our decision is final.
14. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time, without prior notice.
